Chris has spent 25 years at the sharp end of medicine and a lifetime exploring the world. He invests in four things: connections, experiences, markets, and the occasional well-timed magic internet money. CPDHero exists because he needed it — a way to travel well, recharge properly, stay clinically sharp, and spend time with people who matter. He built it so you don't have to choose between your career and your life.

Coming from outside the medical world, Keilah brings the creative lens behind CPDHero. She curates experiences through a fresh perspective—one centred on creativity, genuine connection, and thoughtful details that leave a lasting impression.

 She oversees the brand’s creative direction, marketing, and guest experience, ensuring every retreat feels intentional, refined, and welcoming.

We're clinicians, travellers and lifelong learners who believe education should be as rewarding as it is practical.

Anaesthesia is a demanding profession. Long days, constant responsibility, and calendars already filled with commitments. When annual CPD requirements increased, it often meant chasing multiple conferences throughout the year—each competing with work, family and the rare chance to truly switch off and recharge.

We felt there had to be a better way. So we built it.
